- Glycolic Acid 7% Exfoliating Toner — Prep. Once daily in the evening, on a cotton pad or with fingers. New to acids? Start 2–3 times a week — and keep the rest of that night's routine simple.
- Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 — Treat. A few drops after cleansing and exfoliating.
- Alpha Arbutin 2% + HA or Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% — Treat. A few drops — one or both, main concern first.
- Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA — Seal. Apply as needed, last.
- Multi-Peptide Serum for Hair Density — Hair & scalp. Massage a few drops into clean, dry scalp at bedtime. Leave in — do not wash after applying.
Glycolic acid increases sun sensitivity — use sunscreen the next day, and for a week after you stop using it.
Official layering rules
- Order by format: water-based serums first, then oils, then creams last — thinnest to thickest.
- Exfoliants go after cleansing (Prep) and before serums (Treat).
- Serums are measured in "a few drops" — more is not better. Let each layer absorb; no fixed wait time is needed.
- Introduce strong actives gradually: start 2–3 times a week and increase as your skin tolerates.
- Patch-test every new product first, and never use these formulas on broken, peeling or compromised skin.

Because every order is Cash on Delivery with a seal check at your door, most problems are solved before you pay anything. Here is exactly how returns and refunds work.
At your door — before you pay
- Check the seal and the product when your order arrives. If the seal is broken, the packaging is damaged, or the item is not what you ordered, you can refuse the delivery — you pay nothing.
After you have paid
- If you discover a problem after accepting delivery — a damaged, leaking or incorrect item — message us on WhatsApp at +880 1996-929742 within 48 hours, with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.
- Unopened items with the seal intact can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Message us first on WhatsApp to arrange it; return courier cost is paid by the customer.
- For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned — unless the item itself was damaged or faulty, in which case the 48-hour rule above applies.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are sent by bKash to your number once the returned item reaches us and has been checked. If you paid Cash on Delivery and refused the item at the door, there is nothing to refund — you simply don't pay.
- If your situation isn't covered here, message us on WhatsApp and we'll work it out with you directly.
